What is expatrialogues.com? As the name would imply, it’s a place of stories and images, written and captured by those of us that are, or have been, away from our native lands.

Spending time away from the familiar, from family and friends, can be a challenge. It is also an opportunity: To see, to experience, to be part of another country, another culture, another way of life.

From the wats of Northern Thailand to the ruins of the Yucatan, expatrialogues.com strives to bring you tales and images of other places and lives.

Are you or have you ever been an expatriate? Have you lived in a different nation, maybe teaching English in Japan, or building IT infrastructure in Dubai? Have you climbed the Great Wall or explored Machu Picchu? Did you ever question your own existence while staring out the window of a train, your ears not comprehending the language around you?

expatrialogues.com wants your stories and photographs. We publish new material each Monday and are always looking to hear from skilled writers and photographers. For more information on submitting material email the editor.
